Exciting events are coming up before the end of 2022!
You are invited to a visit of beautiful Vipava Valley, Slovenia, on November 26th, 2022. You can look forward to a short hike (weather permitting), getting to know the local community, as well as good food and drinks. If you want to join, give us a quick heads up, and let us know if you need a place to stay overnight (board@senza-confini.com).
In December, you are invited to our annual Christmas Drinks in Carinthia. We have not decided on a date yet, but we will make sure that you will be the first to be informed.

The Alpe Adria Reception took place on August 26 in Alpbach, in the Hotel Post.
The Alpe Adria Reception has always been the highlight for all club members of Senza Confini as it connects the young talents from our club with experts from Carinthia, Italy and Slovenia. Aligned to the #Spirit of Alpbach, we organized a lively fishbowl discussion related to one of the key topics from this year’s Forum: the climate opportunity, focusing on the sustainability of our energy systems. The chosen format opened the discussion to all our participants, who enriched it by bringing intergenerational and intercultural perspectives. Our main speaker were dr. Monika Bosilj, from the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems, dr. Piero Petrucco from Confindustria Udine, and dr. Miha Kampuš, CEO of Piadeno. After the discussion, participants were encouraged to take part to a networking game, aimed at making people meet in the region in the following month. The aim was to provide an opportunity to share experiences from academic and professional backgrounds and to celebrate the pro-European spirit of our borderless Club.
On Saturday, June 25, we will award our new scholarship holders the scholarships to attend the European Forum Alpbach 2022. The ceremony will take place at 3 pm at the Lake Side Park Klagenfurt, and will continue at the Restaurant Uniwirt at 6.30 pm. Come by to meet our scholarship holders, alumni, partners, and sponsors. Together with the European Forum Alpbach, we will host the next Community Call on Monday, 9 May 2022, 6-7 pm (CET). The title is: The Path to Digital Transformation: a Chance to Address Digital Inequality and Digital Power Concentration?
We will discuss tke key issues of digitalisation with Mark Boris Andrijanič, Minister for Digital Transformation of Slovenia.

This year, CASC will give 15 scholarships for the European Forum Alpbach 2022. taking place from August 22 to September 2 in the Tyrol. Are you a student or a young professional from the Alpe Adria region (Carinthia, Slovenia, Northern Italy) who is interested in participating in the Forum? You can apply until March 31st!

We are happy to announce our partnership with A3PS!
A3PS is a multi-stakeholder organization which goal is to support the development and market launch of innovative vehicle technologies. These solutions are based on new energy carriers necessary to achieve a carbon-neutral future, which places A3PS at the forefront of eco-mobility.
A3PS decided to support Club Alpbach Senza Confini and provide us the opportunity to participate in their Eco-mobility conference 2021.
The conference will take place from 18 to 19 November 2021 in Vienna.
The “Paths to a Climate Neutral Mobility” conference will occur from 18 to 19 November in Vienna. It will bring together leading representatives from industry, R&D, and policy to discuss the actual development and market introduction of efficient propulsion concepts and sustainable energy carriers.
To get the ticket, you need to send board@senza-confini.com a short motivation letter on why you want to participate. The deadline is 28 October 2021!
