On April 26, we had the chance to spend quality time with some of our alumni during a visit to the Haus der Geschichte Österreich in Vienna.
After an introduction to the museum, we learned more about Austria’s contemporary history and explored the current exhibition “It’s All Work,” which focuses on women between paid employment and care work.
And, as is typical for a day out in Vienna, we wrapped up the gathering with a coffee together

Our annual Scholarship Selection Weekend took place from May 24-26 in Vienna, where our board members gathered for one of the most important moments of the club year.
Over the course of the weekend, we carefully reviewed a large number of impressive applications and discussed the diverse backgrounds, ideas, and potentials of this year’s candidates. After many thoughtful conversations, we selected the new scholarship holders for the European Forum Alpbach 2026.
We are excited to welcome a new group of talented individuals from Carinthia, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto as well as Slovenia who will join this year’s forum and spread the Alpe Adria spirit throughout the two weeks in Alpbach.
